My new loves

I have been having a hard time with milk/dairy products for Lincoln. Not that he is rejecting it I am just so worried about all the CRAP that is in 90% of dairy products (plus it slows him up more than I want). I have been doing the Winder Dairy milk 100% in bottles and it has been ok. Last week my pediatrician suggested that I mix 1/2 & 1/2 (winder and coconut)and I have noticed a huge difference. I love this combo and I am so happy with the way it is working for my little guy!

Yesterday we went to Toys R us and spent Lincoln's Birthday $ and look what we got!!!!

Oh does he love it. He will put anything and everything into it. His blanket, cars, remotes and even his treats! It had been so fun to watch him learn how to use it. He is one smart boy!

Stealing the ipad

I love to use Chad's ipad(he got it for his birthday). I use it.... Uhhh maybe 99.9% of the time. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! Well now Lincoln loves it too. Last night I got it out to get on Facebook and he came over to me and started reaching and whining for it. We put an animal & ect learning game on it and he LOVES to play it. So now I have a little competition for CHAD'S ipad. Poor Chad and poor me too right??

For Lincoln's birthday Nana Bev(my mom) got him the cutest piano... He loves to play it, can you call it playing? Well I think the people downstairs will call it banging. Either way he LOVES it!!!

He also got so many new fun toys for his 1st birthday from family and friends an most of them are so LOUD and he just loves them. Today my good friend who we call Gma Sue took us to lunch and to get some MORE fun loud toys! He got a vacuum, cell phone and a Leap frog ABC's (for the fridge). Than as we where pulling onto our street our friend KaraLynn saw us and ran out to give him another toy, this one was a camera(so so cute).

I am just having so much fun with all his new toys! We are so spoiled by so many people that LOVE us!!! Thank you for all the gifts! We love and are so grateful for ALL of you!!

Are you kidding me.. 1 Already???

Midnight Jan 11,201o I had this little/big bundle of joy. a freakin 8lbs 9oz.. HUGE!!! And has not slowed down since. He is a big, sweet, smart, busy fast growing boy. I am so sad that he is growing up so fast. (guess we need to have another one) Today we had a fun day with him and loved telling him all day how glad we are that he was born. We love him more than anything and feel so blessed that Heavenly father gave us such a perfect little guy.

1 YEAR OLD!! Tonight we had some family and friends over for cupcakes. We gave Lincoln is own cupcake to eat and he ate it ALL!!! He now has a sugar high and wont stop laughing.

Nana Bev gave him a mini Piano and he LOVES LOVES LOVES it. It is pretty funny to watch him play.

I think I am going to CrY :(

This exact time yesterday I was in Labor. My baby us going to be 1 at midnight and I think I am going to cry. It is so sad how fast they grow up, YES I said SAD!!! Why cant it go a little slower... Well not the first 6 weeks but after that why cant it go slow??? He is a total crack up and the BEST little guy. I have been sucking off his face all day today. He makes Chad and I so happy and we are so so GrAtEfUl for our sweet little guy!!! So feel free to send gifts! Thanks a Mill!

Afternoon nap

At 3pm today I went to lay Lincoln down for his normal nap. For some reason today he did not want to go to his bed. After listening to him cry for a bit I went and got him out. I sat in the rocking chair turned on some Lullaby's and and rocked him to sleep. After letting him fall into a deep sleep I enjoyed some of my favorite songs "you are my sunshine" and "somewhere over the rainbow". I am thinking to myself.. Do I take him to bed so he can get a good nap since he is sick or keep rocking him since he NEVER does this(falls asleep in my arms) after much selfless thought I decided to careful take him to his bed and let him get a good afternoon nap... So I lay him down and starts to cry *CRAP* so I leave him to cry and after 15 minutes I go in and see him and he was in his bed like

He is now talking and reaching for me. SO I get him up and try rocking him again but no such luck.

He is now playing all over the house like the energizer bunny

Welcome 2011

I have a few plans for this year that I am very excited to start! I wont share them with you because a few of them are a bit personal but I hope to stick to my goals and have a great year!

2010

WOW!! What a crazy but good year. We had blessings along with TRIALS!! The biggest blessing of 2010 was our sweet PERFECT baby boy! We love him so much and are so grateful for all the joy that he brings to us each day! Chad's knee is healing slowly but he is improving all the time(No skiing this year!). I am still doing hair a few days a week and am home with the baby too. We are so grateful for all of the blessings of 2010 and are excited for 2011!!!
