Look what we have on our balcony
Look how some of them are slanted. That should show you how bad the wind was. We get so much wind and snow where we live. Its crazy. We have snow mounds taller than me in front of our building.

WICKED
Well today was a VERY long day for us. We went to bed at 11:30 last night and woke up at 2:45 this morning so that we could make it up to SLC to get Wicked Tickets. It was so nuts. People where sleeping at the door, they had been there all night. We where number 300 in line and waited in the cold till 7:00am when they started selling tickets. Chad was such a trooper for coming with me,he didn't want me to go alone. He was cranky but thats ok. I was so glad that we got tickets to go. I have seen it in NYC but wanted to go with Chad here. We also decided to buy extra and sell them. After putting them on KSL they where gone after 4minutes. Crazy. There was over 700 people there wanting tickets. I felt bad they didn't get them but they should have gone early like me. Here we are almost to the door to get our tickets.

A Christmas Miracle from the Clarks
So I told my clients about the popcorn attack that Chad and I had the other night(or they read it on my blog) Well today they gave me a Christmas gift (could not wait to open it) and this was it a popcorn popper!!! I laughed so hard. This was the perfect gift for us and I am so grateful for it. This was so thoughtful of them. Now I am now going to be able to make Carmel popcorn all the time. Thank you Dave&Louise Clark! You guys are so wonderful! You all know we need this.

Merry Christmas From the Lake
Good friends of mine John(Lohner) and Keith went to Utah Lake to water ski Saturday morning dressed up. They have been doing this the last few years and the news comes to film since it is so fun. (Its on the daily herald website) John is the Grinch and Keith is Santa. They are die hard water skiing fools. They go skiing every month of the year but wear a wet suit so they don't freeze. Just thought this was fun so ENJOY!!!

Home Made Carmel Corn
Ok so tonight I was so funny. I had to make some treats for Chad'
s work I was going to make Carmel corn from scratch. I called my mom(mom's know everything) to find out how to make popcorn on the stove like the old days. So she told Chad and off we went. Chad obviously didn't listen very well cause this is what happened. He put too much oil and too put kernels in the pan and it went everywhere. He was trying to dump out the popcorn so it would not burn but since there was so much oil it came out too. So round 2: I made sure to help but this time it was coming out so fast since he put too many kernels in the pan it went everywhere the floor all over the counter along with oil.So I only needed 14 cups popped but ended with about 50. Chef Chad is not aloud to help in the kitchen with popcorn ever again. So I finished the popcorn and it is so good. Alot of work for not so much popcorn. I also made these cookies from scratch they are a short bead. Hope people like what we bring because it took my WHOLE Friday night making it and every dish in the house oh and rags to clean up oil.

"If ye are Prepared ye shall not fear" Pres. Hinckley
I have been thinking alot about food storage the last few weeks(it is always on my mind). I have been talking with Chad and others about things that we should do and what to have in our home. I have been to LOTS of stores and even bought a new rack to store it on. I have put together 72 hour kits, got more water and spent alot of money at Costco. Today I went to the Cannery in Lindon to see what they have and what you have to do and how much it cost. I only wanted one can of somethings not cases so a "Brother" (they call each other brother and sister) there told me if I could work for 30-45 minutes then he would let me buy one can of each of things I wanted if they had them on the shelve. So I did. I got right to work I counted out lids and bagged them up, stapled boxes and you know what? It was ALOT OF FUN!!! I want to go back sometime and do that again but next time I want one of you to come with me. I have been feeling alot better since I have been buying these things and not shoes and clothes(it has been a little hard since the hoiday is here). So friends and family go out and buy what you can. I told Chad whenever he buys stuff at the store to buy 3 so we have extra on had. I may sound crazy but working on this has given me a little peace of mind.Food storage is way more important than gifts in my mind! Saturday, November 29, 2008
The Babies
THE PICTURES ARE NOT SHOWING SO LOOK AT BECKY& ISAAC"S THEY ARE ON THERE
This is me a few days ago with Alli & Ezra. I want twins when we have kids and so this was perfect practice(no Im not prego). I had the best time. They loved me holding them.Look at the hair on that cute boy!!

This is Alli with a HUGE bow. So the deal with bow is... Isaac(the dad) hates flower bows on little girls and every time I put one on her he takes it off. So last night she needed a diaper change and in return for me changing it he would let me put a bow on her head. So here it is the biggest one I could find. He was not happy but I told him a deal is a deal. You know the second I left he took it off.

So GRATEFUL
Happy Thanksgiving! Chad and I had my parents over for the Holiday. Chad was very excited to have deep fried turkey for the first time(I don't eat meat). You could see the juice dripping off it as it was being cut,Chad said it was the best turkey he has ever had and the left overs where even better. I am so grateful for my parents and all they do for us. I am so grateful for all my family and friends, I have the best people in the world around me. I feel so blessed and I am so grateful for my heavenly father and all his love that I feel every day. My list goes on but is much to long to post.. I hope everyone had a great holiday. XOXO
BYU vs UTAH
This was such a fun game to watch. Kira wanted us to come over and watch the game and Jordan said the only way I could come over was if I kept my mouth shut. We all know that is very hard and never happens so needless to say I was driving him nuts. We showed up in Utah gear just to get him fired up and I painted a red "U" on my cheek just to tease him. We had a great time and I was sad that BYU lost I am really deep in my heart I am a cougar fan .
